To discover the authentic culture of a country you have to visit the markets. The market I will take you to is in the greenery with a small church, very authentic. Part is outdoors and part is indoors. It is only open in the morning. You can find everything branded and at affordable prices, perfumes, shoes, sneakers, clothes, accessories, cosmetics, a vast range of food products, fruit, vegetables, all colored just like Naples; mozzarella, pizzas, taralli, cured meats, sweets, so you can immerse yourself in Neapolitan folklore among aromas and flavours. There we will buy what you like most, we will go home and together we will prepare what you have chosen. Then we will sit down at the table and taste what you have created.

Followed by a first course of fresh pasta i.e., an excellent lasagna with tomatoes from Vesuvius; special crocchè with a side dish and finally as dessert a chocolate and hazelnut cake typical of Campania, wine included.Welcome drink and cooking demonstration on the preparation of crocchè.

The menu I present consists of dishes that are unfailing in the Campanian tradition. As an aperitif, taralli napoletani and pizzette con le scarole or montanare. The first course will be stuffed cannelloni in a crust. This will be followed by eggplant parmigiana with baked potatoes, stuffed crocchè and scapece style zucchini. For dessert a cream, chocolate and almond cake.

Satisfying your desire for traditional Neapolitan food

We will prepare something unique, a recipe that has been exclusive to my family for generations, namely a pie with the typical flavors of Neapolitan pizza, followed by homemade tagliatelle, with tomatoes grown on Vesuvius, tomatoes with unique flavors.
