I’ll welcome you into my kitchen just as I would my closest friends, with the warmth and hospitality typical of Neapolitan tradition. We’ll get our hands dirty making fresh, homemade pasta, which we’ll serve with a simple yet irresistible sauce of fresh tomatoes and basil – the very symbol of Mediterranean cuisine. Whilst the dough is resting, we’ll prepare some tasty battered vegetable fritters, fragrant and golden, just as tradition dictates. As we cook, we’ll sip a glass of fine local wine, raising a toast together and sharing stories, interesting facts and little secrets of Neapolitan cuisine.

Then we’ll enjoy what we’ve prepared together, in a relaxed, family-like atmosphere, where every guest will feel at home.
