I am Anna, your Cesarina, and I will welcome you with the warmth and cheerfulness that only Naples can offer. We will start with a welcome aperitif to relax and feel like part of the family. Then, together, we will immerse ourselves in the preparation of delicious recipes, made with love and fresh ingredients. The main courses will be based on fresh pasta and seasonal produce.
At the end of the cooking class, we will taste the dishes we have prepared together, accompanied by fine wines from native Benevento vineyards, a land generous in wine and oil, such as Falanghina white or Aglianico red. I look forward to sharing this culinary adventure with you, celebrating the authentic flavours of Neapolitan tradition!

- Make sure you show up hungry because you will be leaving very full. Got a class in making homemade fettuccine. The meat was fantastic! Warning you will suffer a food coma eating at Ana's. Don't forget to ask for the limoncello (fantastic and homemade) and the espresso. She was a great host and a good time!
- An incredible experience with Anna, who is very kind and attentive. She took care to brush up on her French, and we had a wonderful time sharing and enjoying ourselves. Our 10-year-old daughter also loved it. The recipes were excellent: tagliatelle, ravioli, tiramisu, and pizzette. Thank you very much, Anna!
- Came here for my 18yo daughters graduation trip. Anna was WONDERFUL!!! The best Italian experience. We did lasagna and tiramisu, sooo deliscious. Great host!! Definitely recommend. :)
