It was an amazing evening with Cristina and her husband. We learned so much about pasta und had nice talks. Both were so accommodating and heartwarming. This experience was definitly the highlight in Bologna.

What a fantastic workshop! From the first moment, Cristina made us feel right at home. Her warm, personal approach instantly put us at ease. We learned how to make pasta entirely from scratch – from kneading the dough to shaping the perfect tagliatelle and tortelloni. Cristina didn’t just share her recipes; she also offered practical tips you won’t find in any cookbook. Everything was shared with such passion and love for the cuisine of Bologna, it was contagious! The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We tasted, we learned, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The result was absolutely delicious! The dishes were pure, authentic, and made with care – by us, under Cristina’s expert guidance. I highly recommend this workshop to everyone – whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just looking for a fun, tasty, and inspiring afternoon or evening. Io, le mie amiche e mia mamma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di cucinare insieme a Cristina nella sua bella casa. E in quell'occasione abbiamo scoperto che il tortellino perfetto non è solo frutto di una ricetta e di mani sapienti che lo preparano, il tortellino perfetto è fatto di atmosfera, di simpatia, di calore e di chiacchiere. Grazie Cristina per la bella esperienza e per averci trasmesso il dimenticato piacere del FARE ...
