    Recibo a mis huéspedes en mi pintoresco jardín situado en la via di San Luca, un oasis de flores y plantas aromáticas con vistas al evocador pórtico que conduce a la basílica. El aperitivo se sirve en medio del bosquecillo, un rincón encantador desde el que se puede disfrutar de unas vistas impresionantes de la ciudad, mientras que las comidas se sirven bajo el pórtico del jardín, un lugar acogedor y protegido gracias a las cortinas térmicas, perfecto también en los meses de invierno. El curso de cocina, por su parte, cobra vida en la cocina adyacente al jardín. En un ambiente informal y relajado, mis invitados también podrán degustar vinos locales (como Pignoletto y Sangiovese) y pan casero, recreando así una auténtica inmersión en las tradiciones enogastronómicas de la zona.

    This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Bologna! The class took place in our chef’s beautiful home, which instantly made the experience feel warm and authentic. We started with a glass of crisp prosecco and learned to make three different kinds of pasta completely from scratch — each one more delicious than the last. The ingredients were unbelievably fresh, with herbs like sage picked straight from her garden. After cooking, we sat outside in her gorgeous garden and enjoyed our meal together — a perfect mix of laughter, great food, and wonderful company. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience that feels both intimate and inspiring, this class is a must-do. I left full, happy, and ready to recreate these recipes at home!

    We had a wonderful and fun experience cooking with Adriana in the company of a lovely couple who also attended the cooking course. Adriana is very welcoming, charismatic and fun. She carefully guided us through the traditional dishes of tiramisu, tortelloni and tagliatelle which we later enjoyed on Adriana’s lovely terrace. Thank you for a really great experience Adriana.     Mi pasión culinaria abarca tanto los ricos sabores de la cocina petroniana como los vibrantes sabores del Mediterráneo. Entre las delicias que más gustan a mis huéspedes destacan los tortellini alla goccia d'oro, preparados con una reducción de caldo de pollo, enriquecida con nata, parmesano y azafrán, y la irresistible cotoletta alla bolognese. La pasta casera, la panadería y la pastelería en general son el corazón de mi pasión por la cocina, un amor que me gusta compartir a través de cada plato que preparo.
