    Siéntate a mi mesa para saborear recetas olvidadas, conservadas y transmitidas de generación en generación. Durante este curso de cocina aprenderás a preparar tres recetas: un entrante típico como la piadina, los tortelloni y un fantástico tiramisú. Bajo mi guía, aprenderás a hacer la masa como una auténtica sfoglina y a preparar pasta fresca, siguiendo las recetas de mi familia.

    Todos participarás en la elaboración de la receta, cada uno dispondrá de un delantal y una despensa, donde se explicarán las recetas, con los ingredientes y los pasos a seguir. Al final del curso podrás relajarte a la mesa, saboreando un menú de tres platos, ya sea almuerzo o cena, que incluye el entrante, el primer plato y el postre que habremos preparado juntos, todo ello acompañado de un buen vino local.

    Alessandra was amazing! Kind, sweet and so talented! Walked our family through making 2 delicious pasta dishes and perfect tiramisu! The house was lovely and she was so hospitable!

    We had so much fun meeting Alessandra. She was welcoming and informative. She made learning how to make pasta seem so accessible and simple. We had an opportunity to get to know a bit more about her, learn some history about food in the various regions of Italy, and chat with her delightful father for a few minutes! The people, food, and experience was exactly what we were hoping for.     Alessandra and our cooking experience absolute perfection! She was so warm and welcoming and the environment was peaceful and inviting. We even got to briefly meet her cute, funny father! :) Alessandra is so skilled yet was incredibly patient with us as we formed dough and rolled it out. The food was outstanding… we kept thinking “we can’t believe we just made that!” :) She gave us great information about cooking processes and about the food in the region and beyond. We would 100% recommend this experience and Alessandra to anyone looking for a great time while in or near Bologna. It was definitely worth a train ride.

    Originaria de Apulia, llevo 23 años viviendo en Bolonia. Soy madre de tres hijos, licenciada en Derecho, he realizado varios cursos de cocina y he conocido a personas maravillosas gracias a las cuales he aprendido los secretos de la cocina emiliana. También he trabajado en un laboratorio de pasta fresca, donde aprendí el arte de amasar y los secretos de los tortellini. Bolonia es conocida como «la grassa» (la gorda) precisamente por su particular aptitud para disfrutar de la vida. Y la cocina refleja plenamente esta característica. Los primeros platos, los segundos, las guarniciones y los postres se caracterizan por su riqueza de aromas, sabores y colores, combinados con arte para obtener una verdadera sinfonía alegre.
