¡Hola de parte de Alice!

Desde niña me ha apasionado la cocina y la comida, gracias a mi abuela, que adoraba cocinar, y a toda mi familia, a la que le encanta comer bien. Por eso decidí estudiar una carrera universitaria relacionada con la gastronomía. Seguí un itinerario multidisciplinar y holístico que abarcaba todos los aspectos del mundo de la alimentación. Me encanta cocinar para mi familia y para los demás, desde la elección de las recetas hasta la selección de los ingredientes. Me gusta experimentar y me apasionan especialmente la repostería y los productos de panadería. Investigo en antiguos recetarios y pregunto a mi alrededor, sobre todo a las señoras mayores, por sus recetas familiares. Sicilia, como toda Italia, posee un patrimonio gastronómico inestimable, cuyas recetas y preparaciones varían de una casa a otra, no solo entre ciudades y provincias. Esto permite al paladar degustar los mismos platos tradicionales con diferentes ingredientes, técnicas e historias.

We had the most amazing evening at this pasta course! From the very first moment, Alice and her husband welcomed us so warmly that we instantly felt at home. Everything was perfectly prepared, and you could tell how much love and passion they put into every detail. We learned so much throughout the course. Alice and Francesco shared countless wonderful tips and tricks that we will definitely use in our own kitchen. They explained everything with so much patience and joy, making the whole experience both fun and inspiring. In between cooking, we also had really engaging and interesting conversations, which made the evening even more special. When we enjoyed the aperitivo they had prepared for us, they cooked the pasta we had made ourselves and we all enjoyed it together. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience. It truly was a perfect evening, and we are so grateful. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience!
