Sono Monica, una cuoca appassionata che ha sempre amato preparare deliziose pietanze, anche per grandi gruppi di persone.
Per iniziare, prepareremo un antipasto con pizza fritta e salvia, abbinato al Prosecco. Poi passeremo ai fiori di zucca fritti, alle verdure come zucchine, melanzane, pomodori, cipolle e polenta fritta con salse di stagione. Prepareremo la pasta fresca, i bigoli, con farina 00, accompagnata dalla nostra salsa fatta in casa. Come dessert realizzeremo il "Buccellato fritto", un tipico dolce locale o il Tiramisù su richiesta. Abbiniamo i piatti con Prosecco o vino rosso, a vostra scelta. degusteremo i piatti preparati in giardino, se la stagione lo permette. Unitevi a me per un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile!

- Es war wunderbar ! Wir sind so beschenkt worden mit einer wunderbaren Kochlehrerin Monika ! Haben viel gelernt und freuen uns jetzt auch schon, die Rezepte zuhause selbst auszuprobieren ! Es war einfach nur genial ! Und wir empfehlen es allen, die jetzt noch zögern ! Geht zu Monica, Ihr werdet begeistert sein ! Kochen in einer echten italienischen Atmosphäre ! Einfach klasse !
- Monica was a last minute switch for us as our original chef became sick the day before our class. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and guide to Italian cuisine. We took this class while on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favorite experiences during our three weeks in Italy. She and her husband were both incredibly warm and inviting, and made us feel like part of their family. We felt that we got much more than just a cooking class, but also an introduction and welcome into Italian culture. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Italy.

- Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!
- Monica and her husband Paulo were superb hosts. We had a very enjoyable, entertaining and authentic Tuscan culinary experience. Monica was an excellent teacher both in describing verbally and demonstrating what we were required to do. Our engagement in choosing the produce and dishes we cooked plus trying the fruit and herbs from Monica’s garden also added to the experience. We would have no hesitation in recommending to our friends
