    La pasta al sugo di pesce è un piatto tipico della cucina toscana e lucchese, molto apprezzato anche nella mia famiglia. Spesso prepariamo pasta fresca, scegliendo tra le varie farine disponibili quella che preferite. Successivamente, impareremo a cucinare un delizioso sugo di pesce, creando una pasta profumata e gustosa, semplice da preparare e piacevole da vedere.

    Per concludere, prepareremo insieme un dessert tipico locale oppure, su richiesta, il famoso tiramisù, il dolce italiano per eccellenza. Infine, degusteremo i piatti preparati durante il corso. Non vedo l'ora di condividere con voi questi momenti speciali e autentici!

    Monica was a wonderful host and teacher! She was very informative and funny, making us feel very welcome into her home. Monica was always checking in with us to make sure everything was good within the experience. All of the food was so good and we greatly appreciated being able to share our creation with our family. I would absolutely recommend this experience with Monica!

    Monica was a last minute switch for us as our original chef became sick the day before our class. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and guide to Italian cuisine. We took this class while on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favorite experiences during our three weeks in Italy. She and her husband were both incredibly warm and inviting, and made us feel like part of their family. We felt that we got much more than just a cooking class, but also an introduction and welcome into Italian culture. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Italy.
