    La pasta al sugo di pesce è un piatto tipico della cucina toscana e lucchese, molto apprezzato anche nella mia famiglia. Spesso prepariamo pasta fresca, scegliendo tra le varie farine disponibili quella che preferite. Successivamente, impareremo a cucinare un delizioso sugo di pesce, creando una pasta profumata e gustosa, semplice da preparare e piacevole da vedere.

    Per concludere, prepareremo insieme un dessert tipico locale oppure, su richiesta, il famoso tiramisù, il dolce italiano per eccellenza. Infine, degusteremo i piatti preparati durante il corso. Non vedo l'ora di condividere con voi questi momenti speciali e autentici!

    Our afternoon with Monica was wonderful! It was not only authentic and educational but Monica made us feel like family! She took the time to make sure we understood the techniques and we rested with good food, good company and good wine in between! Paolo, Monica’s husband was wonderful as well. He worked hard behind the scene to make this a memorable experience!

    The evening was a total delight! Monica’s knowledge of cooking was deep and we learned much about the different flours and these various uses. We received true Italian hospitality in her home and the many delicious dishes served were appreciated! I have had many cooking classes but not compared to this incredible experience. A bonus was meeting and sharing the evening with Paolo, Monica’s husband. I highly recommend this experience- a highlight of my time in Lucca!!!

    True Italian home hospitality! Monica is a talented chef and a passionate teacher of the art of cooking. We enjoyed learning how to make homemade pasta and family recipes that delighted the senses. If you want an authentic Italian experience- you will be delighted beyond to join Monica and her husband, Paolo for an evening of outstanding culinary dishes. Highly recommend this experience!!

    It was truly a pleasure spending the day with Monica and her husband. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making and enjoyed the foods Monica prepared. She was such a delight! I would highly recommend this activity! The only negative I have was that there was no Market tour, which is how it was advertised with "Get Your Guide", but that was no fault of Monica's. She was simply the best!

    Monica and her husband were exceptional! They were warm welcoming and so wonderful! They asked what we wanted to make and were good at managing expectations due to time.
