Prepareremo insieme dei crostini toscani: fettunta con olio extravergine di oliva, crostini al pomodoro e crostini caldi con stracchino e salsiccia (per chi non è vegetariano).

I ravioli rappresentano uno dei primi piatti tipici della cultura italiana. Li prepariamo esclusivamente con farine selezionate, freschissima ricotta del pastore del nostro paese, spinaci e aromi profumati che scopriremo durante la preparazione. Su richiesta sarà possibile preparare il tiramisù o scoprire altre ricette tipiche del territorio. Per quanto riguarda il vino, degusteremo un prosecco acquistato direttamente dal produttore e/o un vino rosso di buona qualità.

It was truly a pleasure spending the day with Monica and her husband. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making and enjoyed the foods Monica prepared. She was such a delight! I would highly recommend this activity! The only negative I have was that there was no Market tour, which is how it was advertised with "Get Your Guide", but that was no fault of Monica's. She was simply the best!

Monica was absolutely incredible! She was patient, a great teacher and full of knowledge on how to cook the Italian way! All 8 of us dearly loved our experience and we all learned so much. This was well worth the money and it was one of our favorite experiences in Italy! We highly, highly recommend this experience.

This cooking class was so much fun. Monica customized it to what we wanted to learn and was so knowledgeable. The class went long because she insisted we needed more time. She and her husband also provided a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and alcohol. Would definitely recommend!

Monica's cookery class was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind, talking through every aspect of the dishes we were preparing. She treated us like family members when we then all at dinner. It was fabulous and I cannot recommend Monica highly enough.
