    We had an amazing experience doing our cooking class in Salerno. Our host Silvia and the translator were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and we left with lost of knowledge on pasta and tiramisu. Loved it all!

    A great local experience. Dining with Siliva was a lovely experience. Entering her spotlessly clean and welcoming home was such a great opportunity to have a first hand insight into the culture of her Salerno home and family. We loved it! So much more enjoyable than going to a restaurant. Friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about local food and cooking practices was interesting. We opted to stay in the kitchen rather than the dining room - Where else would you want to be in an Italian's home? - the food and wine was terrific and we will enjoy using her recipes when we get home. We would highly recommend this experience.

She makes cooking fun and you leave stuffed full of her great cooking and stories to go along with it. 5 star experience

    What a great experience! Sylvia welcomed us into her kitchen where we learnt how to make pasta, gnocchi and tiramisu. She treated us to many Italian appetizers before we ate the food we cooked with her. We had so much fun and the food was excellent! She was a great host and shared her love of cooking with us! Thanks to her two helpers ! Would recommend this class to anyone!

    Learning to prepare and cook a sumptuous and delicious meal with Silvia was the perfect way to spend our day in Salerno. She is welcoming, gracious, and fun to be with. Making fresh pasta and bruschetta, learning her tricks of the trade for delicious tomato sauce and dessert, plus the expansive appetizers, shared at her family table created lasting memories. We came via cruise ship, and the 15-20 minute neighborhood walk to her home was easy and enjoyable. In addition, she was attentive and accommodating to my dietary issues. A day with Chef Silvia is a definite must!

    "La mia cucina spazia dagli antipasti al dolce con grande versatilità. Da alcuni anni ho approfondito l'arte della cucina vegetariana e vegana per venire incontro alle esigenze alimentari dei miei figli. Rivisito in chiave vegetale piatti tipici della tradizione campana, senza perdere di vista le ricette e i sapori originari. Coltivo inoltre con grande passione la collezione di porcellane inglesi antiche, che amo presentare ai miei ospiti sia a colazione che alla classica ora del tè. Vivo per cucinare e nutro estremo rispetto per i miei commensali, dei quali non manco di cogliere esigenze specifiche e gusti alimentari inusuali".
