Il maestro Puccini, grande appassionato di gastronomia, ci ispira a scoprire le ricette che amava mentre ascoltiamo la sua musica nel giardino.
Minestra di farro in brodo di fagioli, piatto gustoso anche servito tiepido. Fagioli al fiasco, su pane abbrustolito, conditi con olio extravergine d'oliva e cipolline fresche. Poi prepareremo un antipasto con almeno due varianti di bruschette (pomodoro, fettunta o lardo), con salumi e formaggi locali e delizioso pane integrale ai cereali. Come vino vi proporremo un prosecco direttamente dal produttore. Per concludere degusteremo un dolce tipico dei nostri nonni: le pesche al vino oltre ai piatti preparati durante il corso.

- Monica was a wonderful host and teacher! She was very informative and funny, making us feel very welcome into her home. Monica was always checking in with us to make sure everything was good within the experience. All of the food was so good and we greatly appreciated being able to share our creation with our family. I would absolutely recommend this experience with Monica!
- Es war wunderbar ! Wir sind so beschenkt worden mit einer wunderbaren Kochlehrerin Monika ! Haben viel gelernt und freuen uns jetzt auch schon, die Rezepte zuhause selbst auszuprobieren ! - Monica was a last minute switch for us as our original chef became sick the day before our class. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher and guide to Italian cuisine. We took this class while on our honeymoon, and it was one of our favorite experiences during our three weeks in Italy. She and her husband were both incredibly warm and inviting, and made us feel like part of their family. We felt that we got much more than just a cooking class, but also an introduction and welcome into Italian culture. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Italy.

- Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!
