Tiramisù alle fragole
All'arrivo degli ospiti, servirò un aperitivo di benvenuto e racconterò la storia della casa, di Praiano e delle tradizioni culinarie. Inizieremo con la preparazione dell'impasto per la pasta, che poi lasceremo riposare in frigo. Successivamente, prepareremo il tiramisù, solitamente con fragole di stagione, altrimenti nella versione classica con caffè. Procederemo con l'impasto per gli gnocchi, che serviremo con salse vegetariane stagionali. Dopo il riposo della pasta, la trasformeremo in piatti pronti e serviremo la seconda portata. Concluderemo con il dessert. Il tutto sarà accompagnato con il mio vino, oppure un vino locale ed ecologico fatto in casa.
Sergio was an excellent host and I would recommend him to anyone to get an authentic Italian cooking experience. He welcome us into his lovely home and was a wealth of knowledge in the kitchen. The food prepared was restaurant grade and the whole experience was very engaging. Thanks Sergio!

Sergio was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we said hello until we had to unfortunately part ways at the end. His knowledge, skills, and techniques were unmatched. His love for cooking is inspiring! The view of his balcony is also breathtaking. We are sooo happy and beyond satisfied we found him. I politely asked if I can keep in contact because I love to cook at home and he did not hesitate to agree. Outstanding gentleman and words cannot describe his skills in the kitchen.
