    Le mie origini sono calabresi e nella mia cucina tanti piatti sono della tradizione di famiglia. Divertiamoci insieme a preparare dei buonissimi maccheroni al ferretto e dei fantastici cavatelli. Utilizzeremo un rametto di salice essiccato con il quale ricaveremo questa fantastica pasta che condiremo con un sugo di pomodoro e degli involtini di carne. Concluderemo le nostre preparazioni con una buonissima crostata che varierà in base alla stagione. Vi aspetto!

    I spent an absolutely delightful evening with Veronica. She told me the word "Cesarine" is associated with the stewardship and passing on of cultural traditions, and her passion for and enjoyment of this was so clear. Everything was so nicely prepared for our session, and I really loved making the pasta and tiramisu together...and it was delicious, too! I felt very welcomed into her home, for an experience that was personal and authentic. But also everything was very professional, too, with her kitchen lab a bit separate from the main family home. Definitely a, maybe even the highlight of my trip to Italy. Highly recommend!!

    My family's cooking class with Veronica was one of the highlights of our family vacation. Veronica was the quintessential hostess! She and her family welcomed us into her home and made us feel at ease immediately. Her food is amazing. I had to have the recipes and will make them myself.     We had a lovely time with Veronika! She and her husband Luca were so hospitable and kind. We so enjoyed our immersive private cooking experience making Italian pasta and tiramisu and then enjoying it with them on their beautiful patio.     This was our favorite night in Italy!! We had the best meal and the host and her husband could not have been more lovely and fun! They were so sweet and understanding with our two young daughters and by the time the dinner was over we felt like friends. They drove us to our apartment from their home and really treated us like family. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Italy!

    La mia cucina è soprattutto tipica, di tradizione. Sono nata e cresciuta a Como ma i miei genitori sono del sud Italia e quindi la mia cucina è anche molto mediterranea. Mi piace spaziare dalla pasta fresca (mi piace cucinare in particolare le paste al forno), ai piatti di pesce le carni con lunga cottura tipo brasato e adoro dedicarmi ai dolci. Ho un figlio che sta frequentando la scuola alberghiera e quindi ogni tanto mi da dei suggerimenti utili per migliorarmi. Un'altra mia grande passione sono i lievitati in particolare la pizza e il pane.
