Your experience
We will serve the aperitif under the protective branches of our great friend the walnut tree and in the colder winter months in our cozy hall. We will offer you a rich aperitif or as we say around here a nice merenda sinoira, bread, focaccia, breadsticks handmade in our kitchen that will accompany typical Piedmontese cold cuts, fritters with herbs from our garden. We will close the aperitif with sweet crepes.

Flour and eggs are a must in my kitchen, with homemade pasta paired with seasonal sauces. The most requested dish on Saturday night is pizza, and I place great importance on using the best flour and allowing for the right leavening times. I have fun cooking with my daughters, who enhance my dishes with their imaginative touch.
