I'm from Piedmont, and cooking has always been at the heart of my life. Since I was a child, making homemade pasta was a true family ritual: with my mom Dina and my aunt Piera, we were a little assembly line—floury hands, wonderful aromas, and lots of laughter.I grew up on bagna cauda, shared dishes, and crowded tables, with guests always around. One of my fondest memories is spending evenings with Uncle Bruno, cleaning anchovies and chatting while we prepared everything calmly the night before. For me, cooking means reliving those moments, keeping a tradition alive, and most of all, sharing it—with family, friends, and guests from all over the world.Beyond traditional Piedmontese cuisine, I love preparing appetizers, preserves, homemade cheeses, and jams with fruit from my father Angelo’s garden (yes, he's an angel in name and in spirit!). I'm naturally curious in the kitchen—I enjoy experimenting with recipes from other regions and countries, and I always have a special eye for vegetarian cooking, out of respect for my vegetarian friends. My cooking is about warmth, memory, and creativity. It’s my way of making people feel at home.
