Cooking class: learn how to cook Italian recipes and taste the dishes prepared during the class

I will be happy to host you in my house, provided with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen where we can gather around the table to prepare our typical fresh pasta and cook, always together, its sauce. We will also prepare the appetizer (the bread balls) and dessert (called "sporcamuss").
I will be waiting for you at my house, at 5 p.m...we will get to know each other while savoring a good coffee or a fresh lemonade, and we will begin the preparations for our social dinner...a "family" experience made of good food, good drinks, good company to spend time together completely immersed in Apulian traditions!
