Shared Experience
In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
Your experience
- Traditional mix appetizers
- Risotto with saffron and sausage
- Panna cotta with mixed berries
It will be a pleasure to welcome you to my home in Lomazzo, a charming village halfway between Milan and Como. We will begin with an aperitif of spritz or prosecco, and then you will have the opportunity to participate in the preparation of the dish or simply enjoy the show as I cook dishes that carry memories of my childhood.
The dinner recipes will vary according to the season and the fresh ingredients that nature provides. Each time, you will be treated to an appetizer, a first or second course, dessert, coffee and liquor.

- It is a pleasure and a privilege to be a guest at Damiano's place. We loved it!
- Damiano, wonderful cook, wonderful teacher, patient, fun, beautiful home, 10/10 blessed that he was our instructor, experience was beyond what I expected, much more enjoyable than i could have imagined, he truly goes the extra mile.
- Damiano was very patient and great at giving step by step instructions on how to make the pasta and tiramisu. He sat with us for a lovely dinner afterwards and shared homemade limoncello. This was the perfect way to end our trip to Italy.
- My partner and I had such a wonderful time taking this class with Damiano. He was such a lovely teacher and person. Cooking has been a point of connection with my partner and I, and learning how to connect with Italian culture strengthened that even more. Would recommend taking a class with Damiano to everyone! :)
- Damiano was so accommodating and even picked us up from our Airbnb. The lesson was a wonderful experience and the food was incredible. He and his partner were amazing hosts from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone coming to the area!

Cesarina from 2020Location: Como Languages: Italian, English, FrenchI have always had a strong passion for cooking that led me first to learn simple and traditional family Sunday recipes, and then to attend the Bellagio Hotel School. A glass of good wine and an excellent dessert, which I am fond of, must never be missing from my table. I try to shop responsibly and, as much as possible, purchase local products such as eggs, vegetables, and meats from local producers. The lake fish I use in my recipes is caught directly by fisherman friends, while I personally collect mushrooms during autumn and preserve them for subsequent seasons. I live in Lomazzo, a small historical village. From my loggia, you can overlook the square of the Baroque Church of San Siro and the "Arco della Pace," where in 1286, the peace treaty between the rival cities of Como and Milan was signed. I open my home to guests who want to learn the secrets of Lombard cuisine and, why not, something about traditional Italian cuisine as well. Lomazzo, considered a working-class village due to the presence of an important cotton mill that for 200 years was the flagship of Italian manufacturing industry (now transformed into an Innovation Hub), is nestled in the Lombard countryside. It serves as a crossroads to easily reach Milan, Como, its lake, and Switzerland, both through the railway station that connects the two Lombard cities in just a few minutes and the convenient highway access. For my guests, in addition to offering them a beautiful experience, I provide free round-trip transfers from Lomazzo to Como by car (max. 4 people) or by train, both from Como (Como Lago Station/Lomazzo) and Milan (Milan Cadorna Station/Lomazzo).
