It will be a real pleasure to introduce you to my home cooking world, where I will share some traditional and delicious recipes that we will then share while enjoying together. After getting our hands "dirty" in the kitchen, we will create memories not only related to new flavors, but also to moments of pleasant conviviality. Together, we will prepare and savor fried arancini, a traditional Sicilian specialty, continue with the queen of pastas, "la Norma," and conclude with the king of desserts, the ricotta cannolo. I await you with enthusiasm!

Certainly desserts and leavened are my greatest passion. I'm celiac and of course I also specialized in gluten-free cooking. I often cook with my mom from whom I learned everything I know. My cuisine is made of traditional dishes and simple and appetizing dishes."
