Hands in dough and rolling pin!
Don't worry if you have never made pasta by hand, simple yet ancient gestures handed down from grandmothers and mothers will make you discover that it is easy. We will prepare three different types of pasta, even learning how to use a rolling pin. It will be fun and relaxing, and using old family recipes we will season these pastas with ingredients typical of my land where the volcano Etna transforms simple foods into extraordinary in color, aroma and flavor. Among tales of dominations, traditions and legends we will taste together what we have prepared.

- Wonderful experience cooking with authentic Sicilian woman. Beautiful home and we made 3 types of pasta and appetizers. Enjoyed the 4 hours we spent with Antonella. She was patient and very attentive to our group. Highly recommend.
- I had a wonderful time at Antonella's. She taught me how to make pasta from scratch and we prepared two really delicious pasta dishes that we then tasted after the aperitivo. Thank you, Antonella!
- Antonella was an amazing teacher! She welcomed us into her home as if we were part of her family. We made several appetizers, a main course and dessert. We talked about the different ingredients and how they affect the flavors of the dish. When everything was prepared we set the table together and ate our delicious meal.
