In this culinary course, you will discover the art of traditional cooking with a focus on regional delicacies. You will learn how to prepare Bruschetta, Piada (bread from Romagna), Strozzapreti (pasta with water and flour) and Tiramisu. The Piada will be enjoyed with local cured meats and cheeses, the Strozzapreti with a ragu cooked slowly for 4 hours. You will also learn how to pasteurize eggs for Tiramisu. The course takes place in my house with a beautiful garden, where you can relax with local wine. We will prepare dishes together and you will taste them, followed by an aperitif with Prosecco and appetizers. An authentic and cozy culinary experience that will immerse you in the flavors of my region.

A Wonderful experience I shared with Patricia while I was visiting Rimini. After meeting we visited the amazing fish and veggie markets, before returning to her delightful country home. Patricia is very good in demonstrating and encouraging while I learnt to make totally handmade pasta , and Tiramisu. We then enjoyed our ravioli lunch , finishing with our yummy tiramisu. I really recommend this experience with Patrizia for all food lovers.

We attended a cooking class with Patrizia and it was fantastic. Absolute 5 star experience and we cannot wait to return. Patrizia and her family are so welcoming and their farmhouse is beautiful - complete with working well, vegetable and herb garden and outdoor dining area to enjoy all the delicious food we made together. We learned how to make three dishes - piadina, strozzapreti pasta and tiramisu. Buonissimi! I would 100% recommend trying any class with Patrizia. What a gem in Rimini.

Esperienza eccellente e oltre ogni migliore aspettativa! Un giardino bellissimo, silenzioso, pieno di fiori e piante. Una veranda spaziosa e fresca. Una casa curata ed accogliente. E poi Patrizia... la Cesarina che chiunque vorrebbe trovare: ci ha accolto “nella sua famiglia” con il sorriso più sincero, ci ha seguito passo dopo passo in tutte le preparazioni (piade, strozzapreti e tiramisù) e poi ci ha coccolato lasciandoci rilassare nel suo giardino, dove abbiamo degustato – dopo un abbondantissimo e davvero gustoso aperitivo - tutti i piatti (fatti da noi ma con il suo tocco magico). È stato tutto speciale ed indimenticabile.
