In one hour, we will prepare together three great Italian lemon-based classics: homemade limoncello, lemon sorbet without an ice cream maker, and lemon lingua di gatto cookies. During the course, we will peel the lemons and place the zest to infuse in alcohol, the preparation will be completed after a few days. We will use the lemon juice to create a simple, light, and refreshing sorbet, ready the following day. And finally, we will make the lemon cookies, perfect for serving on top of the sorbet with a drizzle of limoncello. A small trio of recipes designed to bring freshness, aroma, and a touch of Italian tradition to your Christmas table. Merry Christmas with the scent of lemon!
