Just outside Treviso, I welcome you to my country home, a peaceful and private setting where you can savour new and authentic flavours in the company of your loved ones.
We’ll have the chance to prepare three traditional Venetian dishes together, which we’ll then enjoy: there’ll be tiny prawns – known as schie – served with white polenta, bigoli – thick spaghetti made using a traditional tool – and finally, to end on a sweet note, classic tiramisu.

- Excellent experience. I learned a lot in a familiar, friendly home. Allessandra was so kind and caring. It was not just a course it was cooking together and sharing a meal.

This is why I love welcoming my guests into my kitchen, to share the secrets of our extraordinary Italian cuisine, recently proclaimed by UNESCO as a World Heritage.
