Welcoming guests to our home, surrounded by olive trees and vines, is a privilege that allows us to pass on the culinary culture of our beautiful Italy.
I am waiting for you to prepare local recipes with ingredients we produce (such as oil and eggs from our chickens) and enjoy them together in our wine cellar or in the garden overlooking the sea, overlooking the Ligurian coast and the Gulf of Poets that bewitched artists and poets.
The culinary experience ends with a visit to our farmhouse, barn and sheepfold to make the moments spent together unforgettable.

- There are simply not enough words to express the outstanding pasta cooking experience Anna Maria showed our group! Anna (and her assistants Julia, Big Maria and Little Maria) gave us an experience of a life time - truly!!! It was not only the warmth, intimacy, fun and expertise she expressed while teaching us (hands-on, too) how to make tagliatelle, ravioli and tiramisu, it was the overwhelming joy we felt in her vivacious, generous and loving presence! With her beautiful daughter-in-law Julia (who is a chef in real life), her mother Maria Carmella and her grand-daughter, seven year old Maria) we were all magically transported to a beautiful, unforgettable moment in time! Waco one of us agreed, that of all the experiences on our nine day cruise, being with vivacious Anna and her wonderful family was hands down the best experience, the absolute highlight of all. I shall remember it with great fondness my whole life!!! I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Italy (La Spezia!) Ti voglio molto, molto bene, cara mia!!! Mi tessore amici sempre! Rosanna
- We had a wonderful time taking the pasta and tiramisu class. It was fun, engaging, and very informative. The instructor, Anna, was knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow. We learned some great techniques and, of course, got to enjoy some delicious pasta and tiramisu. Highly recommended!
- Anna Maria, Julia and Marie were the best. We had a group of 12 people and they made us feel like we were family. The food we prepared was amazing. They kept everyone involved from start to finish.
