I was born in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, a generous land rich in authentic delicacies, including its three ‘golds’: the green gold of our extra virgin olive oil, the black gold represented by His Majesty the black truffle, and the yellow gold, saffron.
On this journey, I will guide you through a unique experience set within a castle, a timeless place that makes every moment even more evocative and immersive.
Here we will cook together, starting with a careful and informed selection of the finest ingredients, just as our grandmothers used to do, rediscovering ancient techniques, authentic flavours and traditions handed down through the generations.
