We will start with a traditional Tuscan appetizer, followed by my polenta with wild boar, prepared with local ingredients and served with an excellent red wine from the hills of Prato and Pistoia. We will finish on a sweet note with cantucci and Vin Santo, or with a homemade dessert.
I will welcome you to my home in Bargi, a delightful medieval village overlooking the lake: the ideal place to enjoy an authentic and convivial food and wine experience together.

Enjoy our typical Tuscan appetizers, along with homemade crescentine and tigelle. Our tortellini and tagliatelle are strictly handmade, while many consider my unbeatable lasagna as a specialty! Regarding main courses, I offer a variety of meats, from game to roasts. Don't miss out on my wild boar stew served with polenta. Spoon desserts and doughnuts complete the culinary experience, all accompanied by fine Tuscan-Emilian wines.
