Join me for a fun cooking class full of authentic Sicilian flavors. Together we will prepare Palermo-style rolls, tender morsels of meat enriched with toasted breadcrumbs, onion, raisins, pine nuts, and a stringy caciocavallo cheese center. We will continue with sarde a beccafico, a recipe symbolic of Palermo cuisine, with a similar filling but a surprising and richly contrasting flavor. All this will be accompanied by a glass of local wine, followed by a sweet ending with a choice of typical desserts: biancomangiare, tiramisu, or cannoli. An unforgettable journey of flavors!
