    Bread should not be wasted nor thrown away! How many times my parents repeated this to me when I listlessly disgorged a piece of bread as a child. Mama Carmen would gather the bread left at the table and store it in a coarse cloth bag that I still use, lined with time and washing. Then, meticulously cut into squares, it was made into dumplings, bread dumplings, breadcrumbs for a thousand uses. So many memories! Today in my recipes I relive some of those moments, and slices of whole-grain, homemade bread are transformed into crispy bruschetta, tasty dumplings and a good dessert to close the meal.

    Una bellissima domenica in compagnia di Anna e le sue innumerevoli ricette. È stata una esperienza molto positiva, mi sono divertita e allo stesso tempo ho imparato cose nuove e interessanti. Anna è molto cordiale e accogliente, conosce moltissime ricette fatte di ingredienti semplici e trucchetti che mi torneranno utili. Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza, si impara moltissimo!

    Abbiamo organizzato un aperitivo-pranzo dalla Cesarina Anna come prima tappa del nostro viaggio di gruppo (19 persone) in Trentino. L'esperienza è stata stupenda, tramite un menu con vari piatti trentini Anna ci ha spiegato la storia dei prodotti locali e fatto conoscere ricette meno note facendo una dimostrazione della preparazione (tortel di patate). Super consigliata!
