Three dishes that tell the story of my valley, my territory. Potato pie, a typical dish of my area; dumplings, which you can find in Trentino in many versions, both vegetarian and with meat; and buckwheat cake, which together with strudel is one of the most beloved and well-known desserts of Trentino. We will prepare an appetizer of potato cake, tasty and crispy and then move on to dumplings in two versions, with meat, the most popular, and with leek and spinach, very tasty!
