Imagine starting with a raw meat tartare enhanced with delicate slices of black truffle, followed by homemade egg pasta, also infused with truffle. All of this will be accompanied by selected local wines from the finest cellars in the area. A gastronomic journey celebrating the sophistication and authentic flavor of black truffle, in a rustic and welcoming setting.
