- I enjoyed the walking tour very much. Tatiana pointed out several of the historical landmarks in Rimini's city center. We also walked through typical neighborhood corridors where she explained the significance of some of the signs outside the residences. I would have never known that had I walked around on my own. Tatiana was very personable, kind, and hospitable. Despite it being a street food tour, she took it upon herself to cook a lunch for me. That was unexpected yet very much appreciated!

My true passion, though, is handmade pasta, especially stuffed pasta, which I consider the crown jewel of our cuisine and a symbol of authenticity and culinary craftsmanship.
