I am Anna, your Venetian Cesarina, and I am here to bring you into the wonderful world of homemade pasta. This course is perfect for all lovers of good food, who, like me, could never give up pasta! You will learn the secrets of making handmade pasta, following traditional techniques using a rolling pin and a pastry board, just as our grandmothers did. We will use seasonal ingredients to create flavorful dishes that you will be able to easily replicate at home. I look forward to sharing my passion for Italian cuisine with you and tasting our delicious creations together!
