In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
I am Maria Luisa, Cesarina from Modena, and I await you at my home to spend an evening discovering tortellini, a stuffed pasta that is a symbol of our tradition.
Together, we will learn the secrets and tricks of preparing this dish. Historically, they are thought to have been invented in the 17th century. Their shape is inspired by that of the navel, a detail straight out of a rather colorful legend.
After the class we will taste the tortellini, pairing them with a good glass of wine. It will be a unique opportunity to share an evening together and meet new people. I look forward to seeing you!

- We enjoyed our morning with Luisa and her friend Ilaria. They were so welcoming and we had fun spending time with them. They gave us a quick tour through the covered market and purchased some cherries to taste before heading to Luisa's home. She showed us how to make homemade pasta (tagliatelle and farfalle) and served it with her own (pre-made) ragu, as well as appetizers, wine, a main course, and tiramisu, all of which she had made in advance. The food and wine were delicious and we had a lovely time, but for the price, we were expecting a more hands-on market and cooking experience.
