Carolina e la mamma Simona ci hanno accolto nella loro casa con una gentilezza e un calore rari, facendoci sentire fin da subito non come ospiti, ma parte della famiglia. La loro passione per il cibo e l’ospitalità si respira in ogni dettaglio: dai piatti curati e deliziosi, fino ai sorrisi sinceri che ci hanno accompagnato per tutta la serata. - We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Carolina and Simona. Their home was beautiful and they were very warm and welcoming. They gave great tips and one on one attention, which will ensure we can repeat the dishes at home. My wife, two teenagers and all thought the food was amazing. Even my teenage son who didn't really want to go really enjoyed the class! I'd highly recommend Carolina and Simona for a cooking experience!
- 5 starts isn’t enough!! My husband and I absolutely LOVED our cooking experience with Simona and Carolina. Such an amazing way to spend one of the last days of our honeymoon. They were amazing instructors, and you can tell they have such a passion for authentic Italian cooking. Their hospitality was unmatched - we have been raving about the entire experience to everyone! I would book a million times over if I could. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!
- I would give six stars if I could! The entire experience was excellent. Simona and Carolina welcomed us into their homes and hearts. And taught us a lot about the food, ingredients and techniques of Italian food, specifically from Lombardy. Simona's love for Italy, it's history and cuisine was very evident. Oh, and the food was great and there was an extra surprise at the end which we all loved. Strongly recommended!
