In this cooking class, immersed in tradition, you will learn to make fresh handmade pasta, from classic tagliatelle to spaghetti, garganelli, and stuffed pasta with seasonal fillings of meat or vegetables. During the experience, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy an aperitivo, savoring the authentic flavors of local cuisine. To finish on a sweet note, I'll teach you how to prepare an irresistible tiramisù, the iconic Italian dessert beloved around the world. A perfect blend of tradition, flavors, and the timeless beauty of Venice.

My sister and I had a great time learning to make pasta and Tiramisu.
It was a really authentic moment in a wonderful setting. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed communicating all together. Roberta had Francesca with her and we all had fun making the pasta together. Working our way though the language barriers was part of the charm of the night.
We all managed to speak well and learned a lot together. The garden is romantic and this would be a great couples activity also . Highly recommend this cooking class. The food was awesome!!! And we participated in making it.
