I will teach you how to cook one of Sicily's most characteristic dishes. The world-famous Sicilian rotisserie will thus have no more secrets for you, and you will be able to reproduce these recipes at home while having fun with your family. Traditional Sicilian Rosticceria includes some specialties that are all prepared with a basic dough, similar to pan brioche, which is very soft and fluffy. To end on a sweet note, a classic dessert: almond pastries.

Rosella and Giuseppe kindly welcomed us into their home and explained everything very thoroughly. The pasta class was fantastic and the food was extra delicious. This is definitely an experience we will remember forever and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to learn a skill and meet some nice people.

Excellent experience learning how to create proper Italian pasta. It was great fun using the pasta machine and creating the ravioli. English speaking assistant was also very helpful. I would of liked to have seen how the different sauces for the pasta were made. Also having a print out of the recipies to take with us would have been good also.

We really loved learning how to cook Sicilian dishes with Rossella. She was an excellent host and cook. It was alot of Fun. We learned how to make eggplant parmesan, mushroom pasta and tiramusu. These were all family recipes and so delicious. She hosted this cooking and eatting class in her beautiful home and it was served with yummy red wine. She gave us beautiful magnet gifts as a memory of that day. The magnets had an interesting story. They are on display on my refrigerator here in Austin TX USA. It was really nice that her husband picked us up and returned us to the cruise port that day.
