Reviews
- I came to Bologna with the goal to learn how to make tagliatelle con ragù and cesarine matched me with Valentina, I‘m so grateful that they did! Valentina is a genuinely welcoming and warm person and I had a great time with the cooking class! Not only was the ragù nothing short of absolutely life-changing but Valentina‘s family home is also the most impressive I‘be ever been in. She even gave me a tour of the stunning villa, everything about the evening was an unforgettable experience! Dear Valentina, thank you for opening your beautiful home for me and share your family‘s recipes with me, I will definitely come back because that mushroom cooking class is already calling my name!
- We were matched with Valentina through Viator / Cesarine and we had a wonderful time learning 3 new recipes. Tagliatelle al Ragu Bolognese, Tiramisu and an antipasto dish (crema di mortadella). It was a fabulous experience learning these techniques in someone's home. Valentina was a fun and accommodating hostess, she brought her personal experience, and charm to the table (no pun intended). We ate together "family style" with her daughter and sister joining us. It was the perfect way to cap our last night in Bologna.

Spices and aromatic herbs are my passion. I combine the Bolognese gastronomic tradition with that of Calabria and the Mediterranean diet. spoon desserts and fantastic aperitifs to taste typical products and food and wine specialties of our beautiful country ".
