My experience in a fresh pasta workshop was essential to master the art of dough and the secrets of tortellini, a true excellence of Bologna! I look forward to welcoming you for a lunch or dinner with Emilian flavors. The pleasure begins with handcrafted piadina, accompanied by Emilia Romagna's jewels: Parma ham, Mortadella, Coppa di Parma, and the inevitable squacquerone. The main course features handcrafted tortelloni, filled with sheep ricotta and parsley, dressed with butter and sage. Finally, to delight your palate, the fabulous tiramisu. Come and savor this convivial experience, feeling welcomed in a warm atmosphere, and enjoy each dish prepared with love for my guests. I'm waiting for you!
