In the heart of Milan, just a stone’s throw from Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper, we’ll welcome you into our home with a glass of prosecco and an aperitif made with local produce, so you can enjoy an authentic and convivial culinary experience. Together we’ll prepare a classic Italian risotto — with saffron or, in season, with pumpkin — discovering the techniques and secrets of the tradition step by step. You will also learn how to make a light and creamy tiramisu, the symbol of Italy’s most beloved dessert. Accompanied by good music, wine and shared moments, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At the end, you will receive detailed recipes so you can recreate the experience at home.

- We had a really great time with Silvia and Antonio. Our cooking class was in Silvia’s beautiful home. Their hospitality was fantastic. Antonio set about putting us to work in the kitchen starting with the Tiramisu as it needed to chill. Then we dived into making the Carbonara. The event concluded with us sitting together in her beautiful dinning room consuming the fantastic food and enjoying wonderful conversation. We would highly recommend this experience. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and lively atmosphere made us feel completely at home and ready to cook. Antonio is a truly exceptional chef and teacher. He guided us step by step through the preparation of saffron risotto and tiramisu', explaining each tecnique with clarity, patience and sense of humour. The food was delicious .
