Join me for a fun cooking class, surrounded by the authentic aromas and flavors of Sicilian tradition. Together we will prepare confit cherry tomatoes to top bruschetta with caciocavallo cheese and Pantelleria oregano, then we will cook pasta all'anciova with onion, anchovies, raisins, pine nuts, and tomato paste. I will reveal the secrets to perfect al dente pasta and together we will make "muddica atturrata," crispy breadcrumbs to use instead of cheese. We will finish with Biancomangiare, a spoon dessert from my childhood, made with fresh milk, cinnamon, lemon zest, and dark chocolate chips.
