We will be able to taste three types of Vermouth with appetizers or choose to try one of the unique and original sought-after cocktails of this magical place in one of the most beautiful and historic little squares of the Roman quadrilateral, all accompanied by a strictly vegan aperitif with products that follow seasonality and creativity. We will conclude the test with a unique and original Vermouth, but I do not want to reveal anything will be a surprise.

- Such a fantastic experience! We were warmly welcomed into Benedetta’s home and made three pasta dishes. Her communication was perfect and she was patient with us throughout the process. The end result of our meal was wonderful and an experience we soon won’t forget. My husband’s family is from Turin, and he enjoyed sharing family experiences with her. We would highly recommend Benedetta for anyone wanting a true Italian cooking experience!

- Regalo più bello non mi poteva essere fatto! Un’esperienza splendida, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Imparato cose nuove, messo letteralmente le "mani in pasta", cucinato… guidata dai gesti e dai fantastici consigli di Benedetta. Tre ore all'insegna non solo della cucina, ma anche dei racconti, dei sorrisi… tempo di qualità. Una cena con i fiocchi, gustata in compagnia di uno splendido trio femminile: Benedetta, la sua mamma e la sua bimba…TRE PERSONE SPLENDIDE. Dire che consiglierei questa esperienza con Benedetta, sarebbe dire troppo poco!!!
- Abbiamo organizzato un addio al nubilato insieme a Benedetta ed é stato semplicemente bellissimo! Lei molto professionale ma allo stesso tempo accogliente simpatica e con una famiglia stupenda! Abbiamo preparato la pasta e poi abbiamo pranzato tutte insieme. Sarà stata complice l'atmosfera tutta al femminile ma si é creata una bellissima connessione tra noi, Benedetta, la sua splendida figlia e la sua spumeggiante mamma: quattro generazioni di donne che tra farina uovo e tanto amore per la cucina si sono raccontate la vita! Grazie ancora per questa stupenda esperienza! La sposa si é emozionata e noi porteremo sempre nel cuore questo bellissimo ricordo!

Our Cesarina nurtures a passion for the culinary art, having enjoyed good food from an early age with her traditional recipes of Piedmont, prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch and excellent ingredients are fundamental elements in her kitchen. She also loves combining tradition with a touch of originality and innovation, thanks also to her passion (and profession) for art and design.
