Join me on a little journey through the authentic flavors of our beautiful Italy, with a true classic of our cuisine: bruschetta. Rustic toasted bread, the scent of garlic, a drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil. During the course, we’ll prepare some delicious and genuine variations together: bruschetta with bagnetto rosso – a traditional Piedmontese sauce made with tomato, garlic, and anchovy; bruschetta with bagnetto verde – with parsley, garlic, vinegar, and anchovy; classic bruschetta with tomato, garlic, and basil; bruschetta with black olive pesto and sun-dried tomatoes; bruschetta with stracchino cheese and grilled zucchini. I’ll guide you step by step, and I promise: after this course, bruschetta won’t just be “an appetizer” anymore – it’ll be a little masterpiece to share!
Matteo was a warm, generous host kindly welcoming us into his lovely home. He guided us through the making of pasta - ravioli and tagliatelle - and then tiramisu. It was all done with humour, delightful sharing of language and interesting conversation. Our fellow guests were charming and we couldn't have spent a better evening on our second day in Turin. Matteo set a beautiful table where we able to taste the results of our 'hard' work - delizioso! Would do this again in an instant! Thank you

Matteo was an excellent host to our pasta and tiramisu making class. Although it was raining a little bit, that didn’t stop us from having fun and learning how to make tagliatelle right in his home in Turin. We conversed in English and connected over knowing Spanish and overall had an amazing time. Plus the food was really good!! Definitely recommend if you are looking to learn how to make pasta without feeling pressured to do it perfectly! Thank you Matteo and Ivan!

Matteo and his partner were great hosts. Matteo was proactively checking allergies and food preferences. Their place is very nice and the food was great. It was a perfect experience for our first stay in Torino. He was present but left us also enough space to enjoy the evening.
