Our base is situated in the most picturesque part of Bari, amongst the characteristic pedestrian alleys of the historic centre, immersed in the sights and sounds of the ancient city. Inside my charming period home, we’ll enjoy an authentic Apulian aperitif featuring the finest local produce. We will prepare a trio of traditional dishes to sample, accompanied by a glass of Apulian red wine and a glass of Prosecco. A small tasting for lovers of the region’s finest produce.

- A wonderful morning shopping and Cooking with Valentina. We made orecchiette and tiramisu. She was a great teacher and it was lovely to visit her home in the old town of Bari.
