Experience a typical cooking class, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, with a beautiful view of the hills. We will prepare together typical dishes of our territory.
We will start with the classic Tuscan crostino with liver pate, move on to the preparation of pappa al pomodoro and conclude with the typical "ugly but good" cookies. After putting our hands to pasta we will have a chance to taste the specialties prepared.

- Lara's cooking workshop was a great success. We were a family with 2 children aged 14 and 8. the view from Lara's home was impressive. We were welcomed with tasty snacks and drinks. First we made delicious cookies, then the best ravioli and some gnocchi and tagliatelle from some leftover dough. We ate the ravioli for lunch with some sage and parmesan cheese. For the adults, a delicious glass of local wine and cookies for dessert. All four of us enjoyed it, learned a lot and will definitely make our own ravioli more often. This workshop is highly recommended!

It felt less like a cooking class and more like spending time with friends and family. Lara guided us patiently through every step of the process of making pici and ravioli from scratch. What we especially appreciated was that we were involved in each stage of the preparation, which made the experience both educational and very enjoyable. It was fascinating to learn traditional techniques and small details that make homemade pasta so special. Lara’s husband, Daniele, also added a wonderful touch to the evening by sharing interesting stories about local wines and recommending beautiful places to visit in the area. His insights made the experience even richer and more personal. The food we prepared together tasted absolutely delicious. After learning how much care and passion goes into making fresh pasta, we can truly say that nothing compares to homemade dishes prepared in such a warm environment. This was not just a cooking class but a memorable cultural experience that we will remember for a long time. Thank you for such a special evening — we would love to come back again in the future.
