Rimini in winter has its charm, like the sea that is not crowded, confusing , noisy, like the 'summer but silent and a little melancholy, beautiful. A 'chance to discover it and maybe stop and eat at my house. I would like to propose you a menu of Tradition. With Piada(the bread of Romagna), with Cappelletti (a stuffed pasta cooked in broth that is eaten on special occasions, such as Christmas parties), with Beef Stracotto where the meat cooks slowly for several hours , served with its very good sauce. Finally as dessert the Zuppa Inglese, Tiramisu or Ciambella: I leave the choice of dessert to you. All accompanied by local wines from my region; an aperitif and a short demonstration with tricks and secrets for making Cappelletti awaits you

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Nachmittag/ Abend! Patrizia war sehr nett, ihr Sohn ebenfalls. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen. Ihr Haus und ihr Garten waren wunderschön und haben ein tolles Ambiente für den Kochkurs gegeben. Das Essen war fantastisch, auch der Snack zwischendurch. Die Pastarezepte waren einfach zu kochen, auch für Anfänger. Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt! Auch mit der Kommunikation auf Englisch hat es sehr gut geklappt. Es war eine rundum großartige Erfahrung, die wir definitiv nochmal machen würden, wenn wir nach Rimini kommen.

Do not miss out on this incredible experience! Words fail me in describing the immaculate quality of this incredible visit to Patti's home and the wonderful cooking lesson she bestowed upon us in her charming home. If you, like me, care about the truly authentic and genuinely italian experience this is an unmissable experience and is undoubtedly one of the most significant culinary experiences of my life. Truly, if you are considering going for this experience and decide not to do it, I feel sorry for you and I would not hesitate to call you a fool for missing out on an unforgettable evening. I should not fail to mention her son Luca, who not only assisted with the lesson, but served as an aid in the communication, making sure the lesson came across as clear as day, not to mention his charming and entertaining nature! My wife and I both enjoyed the visit tremendously, and hope to be back one day for a lesson in the art of lasagna! I have but one final word to add: BONNISIMO!

A Wonderful experience I shared with Patricia while I was visiting Rimini. After meeting we visited the amazing fish and veggie markets, before returning to her delightful country home. Patricia is very good in demonstrating and encouraging while I learnt to make totally handmade pasta , and Tiramisu. We then enjoyed our ravioli lunch , finishing with our yummy tiramisu. I really recommend this experience with Patrizia for all food lovers.

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
