- We enjoyed the visit to the home of Carolina and Simona and the pasta making course. Whenever we got stuck somewhere in the paste production process, a helping hand was there for us. Every step was explained well. The sauces Carolina produced for the two types of pasta were good, particularly the pesto which was made with ingredients from the balcony. It was nice, to see a real and nice Italian home. Also we enjoyed the discussions with Simona about the life in Italy.

- We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Carolina and Simona. Their home was beautiful and they were very warm and welcoming. They gave great tips and one on one attention, which will ensure we can repeat the dishes at home. My wife, two teenagers and all thought the food was amazing. Even my teenage son who didn't really want to go really enjoyed the class! I'd highly recommend Carolina and Simona for a cooking experience!
