Our territory is rich in poor but exceptional products, which I like to serve in the simplest way possible, precisely to enhance them. "

- Francesca and her daughters hosted my wife and me for a wonderful 4-5 hour market visit and cooking session. They welcomed us in their beautiful home and it was lovely learning more about the local Italian culture while making delicious orecchiete, focaccia and pasticciotto.
