    Descubrid la cocina italiana y los secretos para preparar platos tradicionales y auténticos. Comenzaremos con bolitas de ricotta fresca con mortadela, espolvoreadas con pistachos o avellanas picadas. Prepararemos juntos ñoquis de patata amasados a mano, aderezados con «burro e oro», la clásica salsa de tomate de Emilia Romagna.

    Y para terminar, un postre para tomar con cuchara: el tiramisú, también disponible en versión de chocolate, sin café. Te enseñaré todos los trucos para preparar este delicioso menú que podrás replicar fácilmente en tu casa. Lo degustaremos todo juntos, acompañado de vino de la zona, en mi ático a pocos pasos del centro de Bolonia. Posibilidad de cenar en la terraza durante la temporada cálida.

    Annamaria was a wonderful teacher and host. Her preparation was faultless, her instructions were clear and as a result we produced two great pastas and a delicious tiramisu. The class was held on her balcony with a wonderful view over Bologna. After the food prep, we enjoyed And aperitivo then sat down to dinner with Annamaria and her husband as if we were old friends. They were so very welcoming and overall it was a fantastic experience. A highlight of our time in Bologna.

    Annamarie was an excellent host and superior cook. We were 2 couples who enjoy making fresh pasta and bolognese. Annamarie and her husband welcomed us into their home in Bologna and they were warm and inviting. We enjoyed dining on the tagliatelle and bolognese we prepared along with great conversation and local wines. I would strongly recommend this cooking experience.
