Ven a descubrir los sabores del otoño a mi casa, en el corazón de Bolonia, donde te recibiré con una sonrisa para descubrir la magia de los tortelloni de calabaza, ¡la reina de la temporada!

Aprenderás a preparar pasta fresca desde cero y a crear el relleno perfecto de calabaza, moldeando cada tortellone a mano. Luego los degustarás de dos maneras: con mantequilla y salvia, y con ragú, para descubrir cómo los diferentes condimentos realzan los sabores únicos. Comenzaremos con una crujiente sorpresa de temporada y terminaremos con tiramisú. Después de cocinar juntos entre risas y anécdotas, nos sentaremos a degustar tus tortelloni hechos a mano con vino local, en un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Solo grupos pequeños, porque la hospitalidad emiliana es generosa, ¡pero nos gusta conocerte de verdad!

We (family of 5) spent an absolutely lovely late morning/early afternoon with Veronica learning how to make Tortolani and Tagliatelle. She was a great teacher and in addition to learning to make pasta she shared a lot about Bologna and its cuisine and culture. The meal was delicious and lively - the wine was (even for a Californian wine snob) delicious and a perfect pairing. If you are in Bologna I strongly recommend!!!

Such an amazing experience. I came to Italy to learn how to make pasta and the 1 on 1 class really made it possible. I was able to ask questions and take notes on the process: plus we made different types of pastas and eat them with wine. I learned so much and feel confident about my ability to replicate. Making pasta from scratch is a lot more work than I expected and required attention to detail: I would not have felt satisfied in a big group class. Highly recommend.

Aprendí los platos tradicionales de Bolonia de mis abuelas: desde las tagliatelle all'ortica (estirada rigurosamente a mano con el rodillo) hasta las lasañas, tortelloni, cannelloni y tortellini, pasando por los calabacines rellenos, las albóndigas, la cotoletta alla petroniana, el conejo a la cacciatora y las crescentine, hasta llegar a la tarta de arroz, las raviole y la pinza di Natale. Sin embargo, también me encanta experimentar con diferentes cocinas: desde la tradición sarda (mi marido es sardo) hasta todas las especialidades regionales de nuestra bella Italia. Para mí, lo importante es utilizar siempre ingredientes de excelente calidad y maridar un buen vino para realzar cada plato.
