La lezione inizierà con la preparazione del dessert, il classico tiramisù, un must per concludere una cena romana, arricchito dal profumo e dalla freschezza dei limoni di Amalfi e Sorrento. Successivamente, procederemo con la preparazione degli gnocchi di acqua e farina alla sorrentina, per poi passare all'antipasto: piccole polpettine accompagnate da crema carbonara e guanciale croccante.

We met Luchiana at market, shopped for our ingredients and walked back to her home for a cooking experience beyond our expectations. She treated us to authentic Italian cuisine and hospitality and taught us the art of gnocchi making as well as traditional tiramisu. Such a fun morning! Definitely an experience we won’t soon forget. We feel like we not only got a great cooking class but also made a new friend. Thank you Luchiana.

Luciana was an amazing host, instructor, and all-around cook. We felt incredibly welcome in her home, and her roommate Debbie helped put the experience over the top. The food we made was delicious, and we learned a lot about Italian food/cooking, and the different techniques that can be utilized. The food was amazing and was a mix of traditional Roman and other regions of Italy. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed the lesson. Luciana also gave us advice on other places to go and see on our trip, helping make it a trip of a lifetime. This lesson was truly our highlight in Rome - I would recommend this class to anyone looking for a real Italian cooking experience.
